I guess my post about my recent experience at Toys R’ Us has grown legs because I just got this email from their customer service department:

answer it within 24 hours.

offer our guests the option of using our automated system for store

The weird part of this is I never contacted them and I received this email. So either they read this post or someone impersonating me contacted them (And I doubt anyone is impersonating me). But they’re getting closer to making this right. They made contact with me, even if it was an automated response. Now they just need to see how they can earn back the trust of their customers.
