#4 – Celebrating the words – Once a year we do a big party for all of our team and thank them for all their hard work. Usually we bring in some great BBQ and have a great time celebrating all that God has done in the last year. This party is a highlight of the year for me, because it’s not easy to get our whole team together; we’re all serving in different places and on different schedules, but it’s blast to be with the people who give so much of themselves to make our services happen every week.

However you decide to say thank you, say it often and from your heart!
