Yesterday after church my throat started to hurt. By the time I woke up today, I felt terrible and I had no voice to speak of. Thankfully, Monday is my day off, so I have spent the entire day sleeping. To add insult to injury, I woke up just in time to watch the Red Sox get spanked by the Kansas City Royals. Yes, you read that correctly…the Royals. I think I feel worse emotionally watching this pathetic display of baseball. And I have no energy to yell at the TV. So I just have to sit and take it. Oh joy!
