I wonder if Pastors who like creating and writing messages in teams are naturally extroverted people?

We have a creative planning meeting every week and we plan series titles, decor, and music. Yet I write my message alone. The creative team will throw some ideas my way, but I could never dream of writing my messages with a group of people because my messages tend to be very personal in nature.

So, if you wouldn’t mind, I’d love to hear what you think and what you do. Are you introverted or extroverted and do you craft your messages in teams or alone?
