I don’t know of anyone who couldn’t improve in the area of delegation. If you Want it Done Right, You Don’t Have to Do it Yourself by Donna Genett is a great book that puts forth 6 principles for effective delegation.

As I read this pint sized book, I realized that every time I had a problem in delegating it’s because I had violated one of these principles. I’m not going to tell you what they are because I think you should buy the book 🙂 I was challenged by the book and highly recommend it.
