I got a call on Wednesday from a reporter from the Miami Herald who was doing a story on how churches are using the internet to share the Gospel. We had a good conversation.
What struck me after I got off the phone with him was how important a website is for a church, especially a portable one. When you don’t have a physical brick and mortar presence in the community, you’d better have one on the web. It’s a representation of who you are.
We designed a website that tried to communicate our personality as well as have functionality. I told the reporter that today a website is like a digital steeple 🙂
