Refund Policy

Refunds for Seminars and Conferences

We will provide a full refund for Live Event cancellations up to 60 days prior to the event. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for Live Event registrations within 60 days of the event. Feel free to contact us to learn about options to transfer your registration or to find out if a recording of the event is available.

Refunds for Resources

Unless otherwise stated, refunds on any products, tools, online courses, physical products, digital products or events must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Physical products must be returned before a refund is processed.

Digital products will be refunded and access will be shutdown upon the refund.

Refunds may take up to 4-7 business days to appear in your account.

Defective Resources

We will gladly replace defective items, at no additional cost to you, within 365 days of purchase. If your product has defective disks or other materials, please contact our customer service via email at info@amplifychurchgroup.com or call us at (954) 505-4783 for further instructions. Please note that you will need your original invoice for defective product exchanges.

If you are sending us an email for a replacement, please provide the following:
  1. Order number
  2. The Name of the product you are returning
  3. Customer name
  4. Reason for exchange
  5. Customer email address

Refund for Any Membership or Continuity Program:

Due to the monthly coaching, conference calls, welcome package, resources, newsletter, welcome phone call made by our staff and monthly Member’s Bonus kit mailing; we are unable to provide any refunds on any subscription or monthly membership continuity program.

We provide a trial membership with the opportunity to test-drive the membership. We make every effort to ensure that the coaching is a fit and will benefit you and your business.

Cancellation requests can be made in the following ways:

Your request will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Only requests made by one of the two options above will be processed.
