I just finished reading Culture Shift by Wayne Cordiero and Robert Lewis last night.  The book was amazing.  Every church leader should read this.  The book is a journey is discovering what are the values of your church or organization and how to change them if they aren’t where you feel they should be.  They use the experiences of both of their churches (New Hope in Honolulu and Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock) as examples of how their values direct their ministries. 

I highly recommend it if you are looking to review your values and even tweak them a bit.  I did the exercises with my staff and found the interaction very insightful.
