To say this week has been crazy would be the understatement of the year! Hurricane Wilma hit us pretty hard and of course I didn’t prepare at all! We had no food in the house (in our defense, we were in the process of moving), no gas in the cars, and no shutters on the windows. But God got us through it. We stayed at Jason’s house (our children’s Pastor) and ate burgers and hot dogs EVERY DAY for 5 days. I don’t know if I will ever eat a hot dog again after eating a dozen dogs in less than a week. But after the storm passed, we started packing up our cars and starting moving again to our new house. We didn’t get power in our new place until Saturday. We got our satellite service back today and our phone is back on. The only thing I’m not getting until the end of November is my DSL service. So, I’m posting this on…dial-up! It’s horrible, but we’re still thankful. God showed me a lot through this whole ordeal. You can hear the MP3 on our church site.
