How to Turn Low Attended Sundays into Big Sundays

Dear Pastor,

On Thursday I was sitting with Pastor David Hughes as I interviewed him for the Pull Conference that’s happening on September 18th @ 1PM EST.

As we talked about leadership, preaching and outreach, he started dropping some evangelistic bombs about how they turn days like Father’s Day, the Summer and the Sunday before Halloween into huge days for their church.

I’ll give you 3 sneak peek insights into our conversation:

#1 – Don’t fight the calendar. Instead, take what it gives you and work to use it to your advantage in reaching people.

#2 – Highlight the kids. Halloween is a great day to let the kids wear their costumes and let parents show off their kids one more time.

#3 – Try stuff and note what works. One thing I noticed about David’s leadership was his desire to try new things and see what works.

Here’s a picture of the interview…

We will be airing the interview in its’ entirety at the Pull Conference next Thursday (9/18) at 1PM EST.

You can sign up for the conference here.

Plus, I’m leading a pre-conference live event this Thursday (9/12) at 3PM where I will laying out our 5 step strategy to an explosive Fall.

It’s going to be extremely helpful for you and your church.

See you then!

Blessings,

Bob
