Dear Pastor,

When I first started off in ministry I thought the best thing I could do for
my church was to do as much work as possible.

The result of this is that I lost the joy that comes from serving the Lord.

I remember praying and asking God to give it back to me, but I continued doing everything on my own, not realized this was the cause of my problem.

It was in the midst of this vicious cycle that God showed me I was robbing others from His blessings.

I remember telling God I’m all alone, I’m tired and I need help. God responded, “Everyone you need is right there in the Church.”

From that day forward I began investing in the people who call Calvary home and sharing the joy of serving.

The result of this process is hundreds of leaders serving God at every level and best of all I am now enjoying ministry more than ever.
