I heard about Michael Frenzese's story and was intrigued, so I picked up a copy of his newest book, "I'll Make You an offer you can't refuse" and I really enjoyed it.  

Michael takes some of the best practices that he learned from being in the mob (that's a weird sentence) and applies them to how to be more effective in business.  

I actually really liked this book.  It's a very fun read (If you're a fan of the Godfather films or Goodfellas, you'll love the book) and it does have some insight that you'll find helpful.  

The chapter on "The sitdown" was really good.  I'm always looking for ways to make meetings shorter and more effective and Michael lays out some good tips on how the mob guys get things done in quick meetings.  

I'd recommend the book.  I think you'll enjoy it and pick up a few good practical tips.
